'Iqra' the first of first surah AL-ALAQ which was revealed to Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) by Angel Jibreil(AS).Iqra means read,proclaim.

Wats the use of reading w/o Understanding,brothers and sisters wake up,its very necessary to understand Holy Quran
